Cancellation Policy

Since Sanja Croata is a small business, no-shows, cancellations, and changes cannot be accommodated. Thanks for understanding.

1. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before class starts.

2. There will be no refund for any booking changes within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time.

3. Payments for missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refundable, or transferred.

4. No refunds for unused lessons.

5. Courtesy policy - There is a 15-minute grace period following the start of the lesson for you to join. Afterwards, the lesson will be considered missed.
